New construction projects can be complex as they deal with all of the systems of the home. Methods include heating, electrical, security, plumbing, roofing, decking, stairs, water, storage, design, parts, finishes, structural, pools, elevators, multi-level homes, and more. Our role is to monitor and coordinate the construction contract and to deliver the project in a timely and cost-efficient manner with the anticipated quality.
